Shiatsu Balance Therapy

Rooted in traditional Japanese bodywork, Shiatsu Balance Therapy uses rhythmic pressure-point work and therapeutic stretching to release physical tension while restoring a sense of energetic equilibrium. It’s a quieter, more deliberate kind of strength, grounding pressure rather than gliding strokes, for guests who want to feel more open, grounded and at ease in their body. Immediately after, many notice a distinct openness through the shoulders, hips and spine. It’s a natural choice for guests who think of wellness as maintenance, not just occasional indulgence.
